Complaints procedure.

We aim to provide a high standard of service. If something goes wrong, please tell us so we can try to resolve it promptly and fairly.

How to complain

If you are unhappy with our service, please contact Robert Wieder in the first instance at robert.wieder@wielex.com or by telephone on +44 20 8089 4004. Please set out the matter name, what has gone wrong and how you would like it resolved.

We will acknowledge your complaint, investigate it and provide a written response.

Legal Ombudsman

If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be able to ask the Legal Ombudsman to consider it. The Legal Ombudsman expects complaints to be made within one year of the act or omission complained of, or within one year of when you should reasonably have realised there was cause for complaint. You must also refer your complaint to the Legal Ombudsman within six months of our final written response.

Solicitors Regulation Authority

The SRA can help if you are concerned about a solicitor's behaviour, including dishonesty, taking or losing client money, or treating you unfairly because of your age, disability or another protected characteristic. The SRA does not usually deal with complaints about poor service, which are for the Legal Ombudsman.
