When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, the details you provide (such as your name, email, phone, address and message) are sent to us by email through our own Microsoft 365 system, hosted in the United Kingdom and European Union. We do not pass your enquiry to any third-party form-processing service. Please do not send confidential or time-sensitive information through the form before we have agreed to act for you.

We use personal data to respond to enquiries, assess whether we can act, carry out conflict and onboarding checks, provide legal services, manage billing and records, comply with legal and regulatory duties, protect our rights and improve our services.

Lawful bases

Depending on the context, we rely on legitimate interests, performance of a contract or steps before entering into a contract, legal obligation, consent and, where necessary, the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Sharing information

International transfers

Where a matter involves another jurisdiction, information may be transferred internationally where necessary, with appropriate safeguards where required by UK data protection law.

We retain information for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, regulatory, insurance, professional and limitation-period requirements.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. These rights are subject to legal and professional restrictions, including legal professional privilege and regulatory obligations.
