Mark is an international business lawyer with experience in acquisitions, financings, commercial contracts, corporate matters, venture capital transactions, public capital-markets compliance and investment funds.
He has worked in large international law firms, with particular experience in Israel-linked technology companies, venture capital funds and cross-border arrangements. He has also held senior in-house roles, including as Head of Legal and Deputy CEO of an investment house.
Qualified in England and Israel, Mark brings a UK–Israel perspective to the firm's international corporate and private-capital work, combining legal analysis with practical commercial judgment. He is fluent in English and Hebrew.
